Welcome to Tarporley Pre-School

Our Pre-School has been based at the Done Room since 1947. We are located in the heart of the village in a quiet secluded area behind St. Helen’s Church just off The High Street in Tarporley. The Done Room is an attractive listed building and has a main classroom with large indoor and outdoor playing areas. The Pre-School is a registered charity and is run by a committee of enthusiastic parents on a voluntary basis.

Our philosophy is learning through play. We provide high quality care and education for children below statutory school age. We work in partnership with parents to help their children to learn and develop. We seek to add to the life of the village and local community and offer children and their parents or guardians a service which promotes equality and values diversity. Put simply, we want your child to be happy, safe and stimulated. The Pre-school provides care and education for children aged 2yrs to school entrance and follows the governments Early Years Foundation Stage Framework. Please click here for further information.

Holiday Club

We are open 50 weeks of the year, this now includes the school holidays

Due to demand we are very excited to now be running afterschool club which runs from 3pm until late, this is available every week day during term time. Alongside this we are now open in the school holidays for holiday club, so all your childcare requirements are taken care of throughout the year. This club will run in line with normal Pre-School hours.

Age requirements are 2 years up until entry to school Reception class. Contact us for further information and availability
